This role ensures a high-quality learner experience through active community engagement, content curation, moderation, and alignment with educational goals. Working closely with learning design teams, this role supports both community growth and effective learning outcomes.ResponsibilitiesCommunity Building and EngagementActively engage with learners through forums, social platforms, and messaging tools.Initiate discussions and foster knowledge-sharing among participants.Organize virtual events (Q&A sessions, workshops, etc.) to deepen engagement.Encourage peer-to-peer collaboration and support.Working closely with Internal and External partnersContent Creation and ManagementCreate and curate engaging learning materials (articles, videos, posts, case studies).Maintain and update the online learning platform (LMS).Respond to learner feedback to improve content quality and usability.Community ModerationUphold and enforce community guidelines.Monitor discussions to maintain a respectful, constructive environment.Offer support and escalate any technical or behavioural issues as needed.Data Analysis and ReportingTrack and analyse metrics (engagement, retention, learner satisfaction).Identify patterns or improvement areas in community interaction.Produce insights and reports for learning and leadership teams.Collaboration and CoordinationAlign community engagement with the course curriculum and academy goals.Coordinate with learning designers and subject matter experts.Maintain communication with internal teams and learners to ensure seamless operations.RequirementsStrong communication and digital interpersonal skills.Proven experience in online community management or educational facilitation.Familiarity with LMS platforms and digital collaboration tools.Competency in content creation, editing, and publishing (video, blog, etc.).Analytical mindset with experience using engagement metrics to inform strategy.A passion for inclusive, learner-centred education.BenefitsCompetitive basic salaryPension and life assuranceEnviable discountsGym DiscountsSummer Hours – 3pm Friday finishHalf Day, Pay Day Friday (once per month)RetailTrust supportAnd so much more!Our Culture Weโ€™re an energic fast-paced brand that embraces progress and strives for innovation.
