This is a key role responsible for driving digital marketing activity across multiple channels and platforms, supporting both trade and consumer audiences.You’ll manage and develop our award-winning Trade Portal, play a pivotal role in an upcoming software upgrade project, and contribute to the implementation of our ERP system. This is a fantastic opportunity for a digital marketing professional who thrives on variety, innovation, and collaboration.Key ResponsibilitiesWork with our agency partners to optimise and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO, PPC and paid mediaManage the ongoing development and performance of our award-winning Trade Portal, ensuring it continues to meet the needs of our B2B customersWork closely with our agency partners on a significant software upgrade project for our B2B Trade Portal, contributing to UX, content planning, user testing, and launch communicationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams on the implementation and rollout of a new ERP system ensuring both major projects are aligned and all marketing requirements are accounted forAnalyse and report on digital marketing metrics, web traffic, and campaign performance, delivering actionable insightsOversee and update B2C website content and structure, ensuring optimal user experience and SEO best practicesSupport broader marketing initiatives including product launches, seasonal campaigns, and exhibitionsLiaise with agencies, developers, and internal departments to deliver projects on time and within budgetWhat We’re Looking ForProven experience in a digital marketing roleStrong project management skills with the ability to lead digital development projectsSolid understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practicesExperience with CMS platforms, Google Analytics, and CRM/ERP systemsExcellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skillsA proactive, can-do attitude and a passion for continuous improvementWhat We OfferA supportive, family-run business with a strong company cultureThe opportunity to work on high-impact digital and transformation projectsPotential for the role to become permanent depending on business needs and performance31 Days Annual Leave pro rataDiscretionary annual bonusHealthcare scheme (after 3 months service)Generous pension (after 3 months service)Substantial discount on our product range
