The Client: A well-known PR and marketing agency in Derby that works across multiple B2B sectors, offering their clients content, public relations, social media and digital marketing. The team has great staff retention, with people who have made the move returning to their roots. With a focus on development, they encourage mentoring and nurturing within the team to ensure everyone is learning and growing in their career.
The Role: As Digital Account Manager, you will work with the senior leadership team to shape and develop digital marketing strategies for a range of existing and new clients across the B2B sector. You will have strong knowledge and hands-on experience in PPC, SEO and paid social, helping clients understand how marketing can benefit them. You will be client-facing and also manage campaigns yourself, as well as overseeing a Digital Marketing Executive and aiding their development.
This role will allow you to be creative, think outside the box, and offer the very best service to your clients while having fun and feeling supported.
About You: This role would suit a Digital Account Manager who loves autonomy and being part of a small but mighty team. You will have the opportunity to have your voice heard and help direct the digital marketing strategy for the agency and their clients. Previous agency experience is essential.
- Must have agency experience
- Currently working as a Senior Digital Account Executive or Digital Account Manager
- Experience in client-facing roles, developing and nurturing relationships, and explaining the benefits of paid advertising
- Hands-on digital campaign experience and able to run campaigns
- Experience in setting up, optimising and reporting on PPC campaigns (Google Ads)
- Experience in paid social media campaigns, especially LinkedIn Ads
- Some experience in SEO and content
- An interest in PR and knowledge of how integrated campaigns align
- Experience in mentoring or managing a junior in the team and a passion to see people thrive
