I'm currently supporting a leading public sector organisation on the search for a Dashboards and Data Analyst to join their team and help drive smarter, data-led decisions across the business. This role is ideal for someone with strong Power BI, Power Platform, and SQL skills, who enjoys designing data solutions that create real impact. The organisation is going through exciting transformation work, and this position plays a key part in shaping and delivering high-value insights.
You’ll be:
- Designing and deploying scalable data solutions across systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, SharePoint, AWS, and more
- Developing dashboards and visualisations in Power BI, integrating real-time data from multiple sources
- Building web apps and tools using Java frameworks and the Power Platform
- Managing CI pipelines and integrating legacy/on-prem data into modern cloud environments
- Supporting cross-functional teams with robust, efficient analytics tools that unlock insights and drive smarter decisions
Skills needed:
- Strong experience in SQL, Power BI, Power Apps, and web app development
- Confidence in designing and building dashboards and integrating data into business workflows
- Knowledge of data architecture, analytics tools, APIs and cloud environments (AWS desirable)
- Great communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments
- A strategic, analytical mindset with attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement
- A flexible, agile mindset and a passion for innovation
