Join a growing team as a Credit Administrator, supporting the full lifecycle of bilateral and syndicated loans across a diverse portfolio.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys structure, consistency, and being a key part of the credit management process, ensuring smooth communication and efficient loan administration.What You’ll Be Doing:Manage and circulate key loan documents including drawdowns, rollovers, interest and fee noticesMaintain daily portfolio reconciliation reports and update internal loan dataLiaise with agent banks and internal departments to resolve queries and discrepanciesAdminister bilateral and sub-participation loan transactions from inception to repaymentEnsure all conditions precedent, approvals, and compliance steps are met before drawdownsMonitor late payments and collaborate with back office on reconciliationInput and adjust loan transactions within the internal credit systems What You’ll Bring:Experience working on bilateral and sub-participation loan productsConfidence handling end-to-end loan admin processes and communicating with both internal and external stakeholdersStrong Excel skills (intermediate and above)Organised and deadline-driven with a high attention to detailAbility to prioritise and manage your own workload with minimal supervision This role offers the chance to work in a structured, collaborative credit environment where you’ll be a vital link in the credit administration lifecycle.
