Based in their office in Watford, you will be travelling to sites as needed, on a hybrid basis.
What does your role involve?
- Leading construction delivery on-site for one of Zunikh’s flagship residential schemes and in the next 6-12 months taking ownership of a number of other sites.
- Running costings and procurement process, as well as tendering to sub-contractors on future projects.
- Reporting directly to the CEO and COO, and liaising closely with external contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
- Managing day-to-day site operations, health and safety, and quality control across project lifecycle phases.
- Overseeing programme schedules and ensuring timely delivery against key milestones.
- Chairing site meetings, coordinating snagging and handover processes, and leading on resolution of site issues.
What skills do you need?
- Working knowledge of UK residential construction processes, ideally with experience across both low-rise and medium-rise developments.
- Track record as a Site Manager, Site Lead or Construction Project Manager within residential or mixed-use schemes.
- SMSTS, CSCS Black Card and First Aid certifications required.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to problem-solve and communicate clearly under pressure.
- Proficiency in project management software and construction documentation processes.
- A driving license and willingness to travel across the South East and wider UK to sites.
- Willingness to roll your sleeves up and get involved in the role and business as it grows.
