We are a well established high-street, full service law firm based in Reading and serving local businesses, individuals and community organisations.

This is a full-time role for a Commercial Solicitor located in Reading, with optional scope for hybrid working (up to 2 days per week).

You will handle and develop a caseload focused on commercial property & leases but with scope to cover business disposals & acquisitions and general company/commercial work according to your areas of interest. You will enjoy the opportunity for career advancement in a supportive and vocational law firm.

Requirements

  • Strong core competencies in the law and practice related to property & commercial legal work;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills with the ability to work to deadlines;
  • Integrity and professionalism in all your dealings with clients and contacts;
  • Able to meet client needs & requirements effectively and efficiently;
  • Able to work collaboratively with team colleagues and other professionals;
  • Able to contribute actively to the firm’s business development, including professional networking.
