Our client, a rapidly growing logistics company, is hiring a Client Services Coordinator to join their team based in Reading. This position will support the Internal Key Account Manager by managing customer enquiries, processing orders and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Act as a first point of contact for customer enquiries, ensuring a professional and timely response
- Working with the Internal Key Account Manager to address customer needs and escalate complex issues
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions in the CRM system
- Accurately process sales orders in line with company policies
- Assist in managing service desk tickets, ensuring accurate logging and resolution of customer issues
- Collect and relay customer feedback to the product team to support continuous improvement
Requirements
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- IT literate, including proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Previous experience in a Client Services or administrative role is advantageous
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivery of timely solutions
This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday-Friday. This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 3 days in the office in Theale. Our client offers an excellent remuneration package and excellent career progression prospects.
