We are very excited to be partnering with a social inclusion charity, looking for their next CEO as part of succession planning. This is a great opportunity to take the helm of a highly respected and impactful charity that plays a huge role in the lives of the people it supports within the community.

We are looking for an inspirational leader of the highest integrity to oversee all elements of the charity, from income generation, day-to-day operations, finance and governance. The charity has exceptional relationships with local funders and is in a sound financial position.

The role will be busy and fast moving with a requirement to respond to change and the demands of the role quickly and decisively whilst managing with a steady hand. You will be leading a team of approximately 20 dedicated staff across all divisions with a highly engaged and supportive trustee board there to guide and assist when needed.

We are open to receiving candidates from a wide variety of backgrounds from within the charity and corporate sector where your skills are transferable. Experience of funding, bid writing, contract negotiation, managing budgets and resources would be advantageous as well as proven experience of implementing change.

Above all, we are looking for an individual who leads by example. A team builder, able to delegate with emotional intelligence, leads creatively and empowers others to maximise their strengths.
