Each child is supported to build and maintain sensitive and responsive relationshipsHave collaborative partnerships to enhance children’s inclusion, learning and wellbeingComply with, all service policies and procedures in accordance with the Education and Care Services National Law and National RegulationsRequirements:Relevant diploma or degree in education or school care Eligible for a working holiday visa initially, with a further eligibility to continue to a full sponsorship visaMin of 2 years’ experience working in a similar position Proven ability in all areas of administrative procedure, curriculum development, parent and community liaison, staff professional development and training, team leadership and management of staff.
