ES Broadcast is a leading provider of equipment sales, equipment rental and systems integration services to the professional broadcast industry, as well as live events, esports, corporate and government sectors. The company is part of the ES Media Group, which also includes divisions in the cinema equipment rental and library migration and content services industries. The HR function provides services to all companies across the ES Media Group in UK, Europe, New Zealand and USA.
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Business Process Manager plays a crucial role in improving, optimising and maintaining the growing portfolio of Business Systems used within the Group. This role will support internal users of Salesforce, Rootstock and Certinia, as well as overseeing the implementation of a system called Solutions 360 (Q360) ensuring these tools align with ES Media Group’s goals.
DUTIES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Work closely with the leadership team to create long-term strategies for process improvement and oversee the execution of large-scale improvement projects.
- Oversee the implementation of an ERP platform called Q360.
- Lead process mapping workshops with key stakeholders to optimise workflows.
- Establish and implement best practices for standardising processes across departments.
- Identify and manage risks related to process changes.
- Provide training and ongoing support to staff on new processes and best practices.
- Lead cross-functional teams in driving continuous process improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation to ensure clear communication of workflows across teams.
- Collaborate with teams across the organisation to address issues as they arise and liaise with third-party vendors to resolve them.
- Managing a team of two System Administrators.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Experience with CRM, ERP and Finance systems. Experience with Salesforce, Rootstock, Certinia and Q360 is an advantage but not essential.
- Proven track record of implementing successful process improvement initiatives.
- PRINCE2 / Lean Six Sigma with demonstrated improvement experience (desirable).
- Advanced in MS Excel (Formulas, Lookup Functions, Macros, Pivots, Visual Basic, Data Validation).
- Advanced in MS Word – Know how to use the developer tab to customise templates.
- Experience using Work Management Platforms (Smartsheet, Trello).
- Able to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Able to manage change effectively, ensuring that process changes are implemented smoothly and successfully.
- Great eye for detail, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a can-do attitude.
- Excellent and efficient translator between user needs and Business System instances in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with people on projects.
- Passionate and keen to learn and get to the root of a problem.
- Experience of working within the broadcast industry an advantage but not essential.
