Location: Central London | Hybrid (3 days in the office / 2 days WFH)

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 base + uncapped commission (realistic £100k+ OTE)

You’ve sold SEO, PPC, or Paid Social before. You’ve closed deals, brought in clients, and now you’re looking for a role where you can do more of what you’re good at – with more freedom, more support, and more upside.

The Company: You’ll be joining a 21-person digital agency that’s been growing steadily since 2015. The two founders built it from scratch, and now they’ve created a space where you’re backed by a brilliant team but trusted to get on with things. No micromanagement. No bloated sales team. Just a straight-talking culture where hard work is noticed and rewarded fast.

You’ll be the one driving new business – prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing. You’ll have warm leads to work with, but you’ll also need to get out there and generate your own. You’ll be selling SEO, PPC, and Paid Social to small and medium-sized businesses, typically with £2k–£10k per month to spend. And when you land the work? You hand it over to a strong activation and client services team, so you can get back to doing what you do best.

Skills & Experience:

  • You’ve sold SEO, PPC, or Paid Social at a digital agency before
  • You know how to open doors and close deals
  • You’re confident working independently, but happy to collaborate when needed
  • You want to earn well and progress quickly – no waiting around for appraisals here
