What you'll need to succeed
Essential:- A degree in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Chartered Engineer status (CEng).
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in building services design and project delivery.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, mentor, and motivate multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong client-facing experience and a track record of delivering high-quality engineering solutions.
- Excellent commercial awareness and project management capabilities.
- Experience working across a variety of sectors, including healthcare, education, and commercial developments.
- A passion for sustainable design and innovation in building services engineering.
