We are looking for a strategic, data-led fundraiser to lead our £7m acquisition programme, driving growth and innovation across DRTV, digital, and direct dialogue channels. This is a high-impact leadership role in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

What you’ll do:

  • Shape and deliver our multi-year donor acquisition strategy
  • Manage and optimise cross-channel campaigns (digital, DRTV, direct mail, F2F)
  • Lead a team of 6 fundraisers, including 2 direct reports
  • Partner across IG, Stewardship and Legacy teams to ensure donor pipeline growth
  • Oversee budget planning, performance forecasting, and agency relationships
  • Test, learn and innovate donor propositions that drive long-term value

About you:

  • Proven track record in Individual Giving acquisition (large-scale campaigns)
  • Multi-channel fundraising and direct response marketing expertise
  • Strong budget management skills (ideally £5m+)
  • Confident team leader and mentor
  • Excellent stakeholder and agency management experience
  • Insight-driven decision-maker focused on long-term donor value
