Company description Location: Field Based Employment Type: Full time, permanent Salary: £29,350 (based on an average 40 hour working week) Additional Location allowance: £3,598 per annum On Target Earnings: Top performers can earn upwards of OTE £44,000 Start Date: 27th of October 2025 Please note: Due to essential training requirements, annual leave cannot be taken between 27th October and 15th December , or during the month of March . What will I be doing?Programme Overview: Duration: A comprehensive 12-month journey where you’ll dive into the latest automotive technologies with workshops led by our inhouse training experts Mentorship: You will be paired with a seasoned patrol expert, providing one-on-one guidance Real-World Experience: Gain practical on the job experience Certification: Earn IMI and EV certifications that will set you apart in the industry. What do I need?Some experience in vehicle maintenance and repair and customer service It’s essential that you have a full category B driving licence, with 6 points or less, If you don’t also have category BE (towing) we’ll fund it for you.
