Job Description

• Calling new prospects after sourcing their CVs.
• Helping as many people as possible within the field of skills development and Bootcamp training.
• Assessing prospective applicants and matching them with suitable Bootcamps or live vacancies.
• Screening and short‑listing candidates before clients meet them.
• Meeting quotas towards overall company targets and goals set dwelling by your team leader.
• Providing comprehensive, confidential, and impartial information services on training and development opportunities within the establishment.
• Supporting learners through initial assessments using a range of methods.
• Identifying suitable career paths within your quota and discerning what a candidate may need in terms of CV preparation, interview tips, overcoming barriers into training and work (for example: childcare, travel, finance), నాల identifying Bootcamps and training opportunities, and signposting to other departments.
