Teaching Assistant in Sheffield

Are you a qualified Teaching Assistant to Level 3 or do you have experience working long term in Y2 as a TA that we can reference? Do you have recent experience supporting KS1 children? Are you able to commit to a role with immediate start date? Do you have experience in raising the attainment levels of small groups of children in literacy, phonics & numeracy?

Career Teachers are working with a large, "Good" primary school in Sheffield to recruit an experienced Teaching Assistant to work in Year 2. This role will start after Easter on a full-time basis and if the right person is appointed it will be for the rest of the calendar year.

To be considered for this role you will need to:

• Hold a valid & recognised Level 3 childcare qualification or equivalent (or have long-term experience working in a Primary School).
• Be fully dedicated to the role and have a can-do attitude.
• Have recent experience supporting children in Key Stage 1 within a UK School.
• Be genuinely committed to enhancing the educational and personal development of the child you are supporting and the rest of the class.
