AWS is currently looking for a cover teacher to join our team to support multiple schools in Leeds from January. If you are a teacher with a QTS and are looking for a more flexible role that will fit perfect around you other commitments this could be the perfect role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure students remain on task with their learning.
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies and procedures.
- Provide feedback to the regular class teacher on student progress and any issues that arose during their absence.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience for students.
