This is a Recruitment Position in our Secondary Education team, based in our Soho Square office (Career Teachers). Base salary (dependent on experience) with a monthly commission scheme.
The Role:
- Hybrid 360 recruitment consultant with a focus on Secondary education-based roles.
- You will strengthen and nurture relationships with existing clients.
- Lead business development initiatives to establish new client partnerships.
- Oversee a pipeline of high-quality candidates, proactively identifying and engaging individuals for SEN education positions.
- Cultivate and enhance business relationships, both through direct interactions and over the phone.
- Maintain unwavering motivation to achieve exceptional outcomes.
- Champion a proactive, results-driven approach, treating your desk as your own mini-business.
