We are currently recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and inclusive school in Redbridge seeking a fully qualified SENCO to join their leadership team from September 2026. This is a key role within the school, responsible for leading and developing high-quality SEND provision and ensuring all students receive the support they need to succeed academically and socially.
The Role
- Lead and manage the school's SEND provision in line with statutory requirements
- Oversee EHCPs, IEPs, and intervention strategies
- Monitor and track progress of students with additional needs
- Support and train staff to deliver inclusive, high-quality teaching
- Work closely with parents, external agencies, and senior leadership

Essential Requirements
- Must hold the National Award for SEN Coordination (NASENCO) - fully qualified SENCOs only
- Proven experience in a SENCO or SEND leadership role
- Strong understanding of SEND Code of Practice and legislation
- Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills
- Must be available to start in September 2026
