At Career Teachers we have multiple supply teaching opportunities within Primary Schools based in the London Borough of Bexley. We are currently looking for Primary Teachers, with QTS, to work on a full or part-time, day to day supply basis. We have opportunities available for Early Years, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.

As a Supply Teacher, your main role is to help and support children with their learning, covering a range of subjects, in the absence of their regular Class Teacher. You will be working to ensure that learning continues in their absence, and that safeguarding procedures are upheld at all times, for the protection of the children within your care.

Whether you have multiple years' worth of teaching experience or you are an ECT who has recently graduated from a relevant study course, we want to hear from you!

The ideal candidate will hold the following qualifications and skills:

  • QTS or PGCE qualification.
  • Has recent, relevant experience as a teacher within Early Years, Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2.
  • Flexible, committed, motivational and passionate about teaching.
  • A current DBS or is willing to complete a new one.
  • Able to easily commute to Bexley.

Salary & working hours

Daily rates of pay vary dependent on experience between £140 to £190. This is a flexible role with both full-time and part-time positions available - meaning, you have full control of when you are looking to work and how many hours you want to complete. All quoted rates are inclusive of 12.07% holiday pay.
