Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary School Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in the S20 area of Sheffield on a long-term basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a committed teacher who is seeking stability and the chance to make a real impact on pupils\’ learning and development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
  • Assess, record, and report on pupils\’ progress
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively in accordance with school policies
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents

Essential Requirements

  • PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education)
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching in a UK primary school setting
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • A positive, flexible, and professional approach to teaching
  • A valid enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
