This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with children and young people who have a range of special educational needs, helping them to achieve their full potential both academically and personally. Key Responsibilities Provide one-to-one and small-group support for pupils with special educational needs. Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons. Support students with learning, communication, social, emotional, and behavioural needs. Help implement individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour support strategies. Foster a positive, safe, and nurturing learning environment. Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to teaching staff and parents where appropriate. Encourage independence, confidence, and personal development.About You The successful candidate will: Have a caring, patient, and empathetic nature. Be passionate about supporting children with additional needs. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Be able to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families. Remain calm, flexible, and resilient in challenging situations.
