The Role
- Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects and year groups
- Supervise whole classes in the absence of the class teacher
- Provide targeted support to individuals and small groups
- Promote positive behaviour and engagement in line with school policies
- Support teaching and learning across the school as required
We are looking for someone who has:
- HLTA status or recent experience as a Cover Supervisor
- Experience working with children or young people (primary or secondary)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A flexible, proactive and professional attitude
- Experience working in Lambeth schools or diverse urban settings would be an advantage.
