We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our team. In this role, you will support teachers and enhance the learning experience for students in Sheffield. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons with teacher guidance.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students.
- Assist in managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment.
- Support students with special educational needs (SEN).
- Collaborate with school staff to ensure smooth classroom operations.
- Take on additional responsibilities such as leading activities and covering classes when needed.
