Available Graduate Roles

  • 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant – Provide tailored support to pupils with additional needs
  • Secondary Graduate Teaching Assistant – Support teaching and learning across departments

Who We’re Looking For

  • Recent or graduating students (Education, Psychology, Humanities, Sciences or similar)
  • Degree predicted or achieved (1st or 2:1 preferred, not essential)
  • GCSEs (A–C / 4–9) in English and Maths
  • Enthusiastic, reliable, and confident working with young people
  • Some prior classroom‑based experience in a UK school is required (placements, support roles or school‑based volunteering)
  • Available full‑time from September 2026

How the Process Works

  • Short introductory call and quick registration
  • Enhanced DBS check and two years of references required
  • Paid trial day arranged
  • Start in September and gain a full year of classroom experience

All applicants must hold (or be willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS and provide satisfactory references from over the past two years.
