We are recruiting Graduate Teaching Assistants for supportive and welcoming secondary schools across East London. These are long‑term roles offering structured support, professional development, and paid trial days ahead of the new academic year.

Available Graduate Roles
- 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant – Provide tailored support to pupils with additional needs
- Secondary Graduate Teaching Assistant – Support teaching and learning across departments
- Speech & Language Support Assistant – Assist pupils with communication development (training provided)
Who We’re Looking For
- Recent or graduating students (Education, Psychology, Humanities, Sciences or similar)
- Degree predicted or achieved (1st or 2:1 preferred, not essential)
- GCSEs (A–C / 4–9) in English and Maths
- Enthusiastic, reliable, and confident working with young people
- Some prior classroom‑based experience in a UK school is required (placements, support roles or school‑based volunteering)
- Available full‑time from September 2026
How the Process Works

- Enhanced DBS check and two years of references required
- Paid trial day arranged
- Start in September and gain a full year of classroom experience
All applicants must hold (or be willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS and provide satisfactory references from over the past two years.
