Career Teachers Leeds are looking for Fully Qualified Primary teachers to join our team and help support with both day to day and long-term supply roles in the LS and WF postcodes. From February 2025 term time only.
Pay Rates: £150 per ECT including rolled up holiday pay. Fully qualified teacher after passing induction: £160 to £211 per day. We offer flexible working patterns to fit alongside a busy lifestyle.
Responsibilities:
- Work with children between the ages of 5-11 in a classroom setting.
- Work full/part time hours which can vary between 8-5pm.
- Give support to other personnel within the setting.
- Help implement daily routines.
- Be willing to support children who require 1:1 support.
- Provide support to pupils with special educational needs (SEN).
Qualifications:
- 5 GCSEs at grades 9 to 4 (A* to C), or equivalent, including English, Maths and Science.
- Undergraduate Education Degree or a degree in any subject and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) or Professional Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE - Scotland).
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Previous in-school primary teaching experience.
- Fluent level of English, both spoken and written.
