You will be required to manage the class and establish a good working environment so that all pupils can work to the best of their ability. You must ensure you give the pupils the correct resources needed to effectively complete work provided. The right candidate will also be required to understand and learn the school policy so that your management and control of the pupils follows the guidelines of the policy. You must be able to communicate well with the pupils so that they understand the work that has been set for them and complete it to the best of their ability. The School will provide all necessary training and development, however, the candidate must be confident of their own abilities. To be considered you will have the following; All degree\’s welcome.
