This is a key leadership role within the school, responsible for the strategic and operational management of all support services. You will play a vital role in ensuring the school runs efficiently, enabling staff to focus on delivering excellent outcomes for pupils.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple support service teams, ensuring high performance and clear direction
- Oversee financial management, including budgeting, monitoring expenditure and reporting
- Ensure administrative systems are efficient, compliant and effective
- Manage HR processes, including safer recruitment and compliance with legislation
- Oversee site management, facilities and external contracts to ensure safety and value for money
- Act as Health & Safety lead, maintaining robust policies, procedures and risk assessments
- Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to support strategic planning and school improvement
- Support ICT and MIS functions to ensure systems effectively support teaching and learning
About You
- Proactive, organised and solutions-focused individual
- Experience managing multiple teams and functions (ideally within education)
- Strong financial management skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Knowledge of safeguarding, health & safety, and compliance
- Can work independently, manage priorities and make sound decisions
