The Role
As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will
- Deliver engaging lessons in line with school planning and curriculum expectations.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where pupils can thrive.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively and maintain high expectations.
- Adapt teaching approaches to meet the needs of all learners.
- Assess and monitor pupil progress where required.
- Follow school policies and safeguarding procedures at all times.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
- Provide continuity of learning during teacher absence.
- What We Are Looking For
Applicants should have
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
- Experience teaching within EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2.
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- The ability to adapt quickly to different school settings.
- A flexible, reliable and professional approach.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- An up-to-date Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
