The Role

As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will

  • Deliver engaging lessons in line with school planning and curriculum expectations.
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where pupils can thrive.
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively and maintain high expectations.
  • Adapt teaching approaches to meet the needs of all learners.
  • Assess and monitor pupil progress where required.
  • Follow school policies and safeguarding procedures at all times.
  • Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
  • Provide continuity of learning during teacher absence.
  • What We Are Looking For

Applicants should have

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
  • Experience teaching within EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2.
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • The ability to adapt quickly to different school settings.
  • A flexible, reliable and professional approach.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
  • An up-to-date Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
