We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistants to join a welcoming early years setting in the S10 area. This is a full‑time, ongoing position, supporting children in an SEN hub, supporting all stages of their development. The school is an integral part of the community that it serves, and we are looking for a member of staff who will integrate themselves within the school whilst supporting their young people and families.

The Role

  • Support children with EHCPs to flourish within an integrated resource
  • Work closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging, child‑centred activities
  • Provide one‑to‑one and small group support where needed
  • Help create a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environment
  • Support learning through play, phonics, early literacy and numeracy
  • Assist with observations, behaviour support and daily routines

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • Previous experience working with SEN (essential)
  • A level 3 qualification or equivalent
  • A warm, patient and proactive approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • The ability to commit to a full‑time, ongoing role
