About the Role

We are recruiting passionate Early Career Teachers to work on a supply basis in a range of primary and secondary schools across Sheffield. This is an excellent opportunity to build confidence, develop your teaching practice, and experience different school environments. As a supply teacher you will deliver engaging lessons, maintain a positive learning environment, and support pupils’ academic progress while adapting to different classroom settings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver pre‑planned lessons across your subject or key stage
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies
  • Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners

Skills & Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards it (ECTs welcome)

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
