We are recruiting enthusiastic, passionate and motivated Teaching Assistants to join our growing team on a FULL TIME and PART TIME basis in a lovely local primary school in Highfields.

The role is to provide quality Well-being, Intervention to children EYFS or KS1 children in our partnering primary school and alternative provision. You will work closely with the SENCO to provide general support and 1:1 support with teachers within the school. You will look to build instant rapport with children and professional relationships with the school staff. You will also support to plan and deliver fun education, activities and creative play.
The ideal candidate for this role will be able to build relationships with schools.
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:- Make a positive difference to children’s lives every day
- Plan, deliver and monitor tailored activities
- Develop NEW ideas to engage, inspire, motivate and empower ALL children
- To support the delivery of planned, structured sessions
- To understand the importance of OUTSTANDING class management
- To deliver intervention groups linked to Active Phonics and 1:1 work
You will need to be L2/L3 or Degree qualified in a child workforce related qualification or similar. We look forward to hearing from you! All levels of experience considered.
