About the Role
You will be supporting students with a range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities, including:
- ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder)
- SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health)
- Moderate to Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD/SLD)
- Complex needs
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience working with SEND pupils (desired, but not essential for all roles)
- A compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach
- Strong behaviour management skills
- Commitment to inclusive education
