Are you passionate about helping students reach their full potential? We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistants to support students with Autism and Behavioural Difficulties in a nurturing and rewarding specialist school environment.
About the Role
- Provide 1:1 or small-group support to students with additional needs.
- Help students build confidence, communication, social skills, and independence.
- Work collaboratively with teachers to maintain a safe, structured, and positive learning environment.
- Support students in managing challenging behaviours using positive reinforcement and de-escalation strategies.
What We’re Looking For
- Caring, patient, and committed to supporting children with diverse needs.
- Strong communicators with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Experienced in Autism, behavioural needs, or SEN settings (desirable but not essential).
