Career Teachers UK is recruiting an experienced Learning Support Assistant for a special needs school in Tower Hamlets, starting September 2026. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 08:30–16:00, supporting pupils aged 4-19 with Autism in a structured setting.

You will work closely with teachers, therapists and senior staff to implement personalised plans, help with learning activities, communication support and behaviour regulation, and contribute to pupils’ social, emotional and life skills.
