  • Develop personalised learning pathways aligned with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
  • Use multi‑sensory, communication‑rich approaches suitable for learners with complex needs (including AAC, Makaton, sensory stories, object‑based learning).
  • Work collaboratively with HLTA and SEND support teams to deliver consistent, structured, and responsive provision.
  • Provide ongoing assessment, track pupil progress, and contribute to annual review reports.
  • Establish a safe, nurturing, and emotionally supportive learning environment.
  • Liaise with external professionals, including therapists, nurses, and clinicians.
  • Contribute to the wider life, development, and ethos of the school.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

  • Is resilient, flexible, and deeply committed to inclusive education.
  • Works effectively within a multi‑disciplinary team.
  • Has excellent communication and organisational skills.

What We Offer

  • A highly supportive, skilled team who share a strong commitment to SEND inclusion.
  • Opportunities for specialist CPD, including training in communication systems, sensory learning, and complex‑needs pedagogy.
  • A well‑resourced, nurturing, and forward‑thinking environment.
