The Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support pupils with SEN needs, including ASD, MLD, and related needs
- Work on a 1:1 basis or with small groups
- Assist teachers in delivering inclusive and engaging lessons
- Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
- Help pupils develop independence, confidence, and resilience

- Experience supporting children with SEN, particularly ASD and/or MLD
- A patient, caring, and proactive attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for helping children succeed
- Ability to adapt to individual learning needs
