The Role

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Support pupils with SEN needs, including ASD, MLD, and related needs
  • Work on a 1:1 basis or with small groups
  • Assist teachers in delivering inclusive and engaging lessons
  • Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
  • Help pupils develop independence, confidence, and resilience

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience supporting children with SEN, particularly ASD and/or MLD
  • A patient, caring, and proactive attitude
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A genuine passion for helping children succeed
  • Ability to adapt to individual learning needs
