Nursery School is looking for enthusiastic and experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to join our team from September. This is a fantastic opportunity to support young children at a crucial stage in their development within a warm and inclusive environment.

The Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support children with SEN needs, including ASD, MLD, and related needs
- Level 2 or 3 in childcare, (desirable)
- Work 1:1 or with small groups in a nursery setting
- Help create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
- Support learning through play-based activities
- Encourage children’s social, emotional, and communication skills
- Work closely with staff and families to support each child’s development

- Experience working with SEN, particularly ASD and/or MLD
- A strong understanding of early years development and play-based learning
- A patient, caring, and nurturing approach
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- A genuine passion for helping young children thrive
