Career Teachers are currently recruiting for a PSHE Teacher to join a welcoming and well-established secondary school in the London Borough of Harrow, starting after the Easter break. This role is available on either a long-term supply basis or as a permanent appointment, offering flexibility depending on the successful candidate’s preference. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate teacher who is committed to supporting young people’s personal development, wellbeing and life skills through a high-quality and engaging PSHE curriculum.

The Role

  • Deliver engaging PSHE lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
  • Support students in areas such as wellbeing, relationships, personal development and life skills
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Work collaboratively with pastoral teams and teaching staff
  • Encourage open discussion and critical thinking in the classroom

The Ideal Candidate

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching PSHE or a related subject within secondary education
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills
  • A passion for supporting students’ wellbeing and development
  • Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice
