Career Teachers SEND is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support a Year 1 pupil with complex Autism in a Brent primary SEN provision. This role requires patience, consistency and calm, focusing on connection before communication and regulation before learning, with opportunities to grow into a permanent SEN unit as the provision expands.
Full-time, 8:30am–4:00pm, September start. The school collaborates with SALT and OT specialists, and staff receive training in Bucket Time.
