Residential Sales Progressor in Wolverhampton with flexible part-time hours and negotiable hourly rate.

Our client is a well-established multi-branch, independent estate agency currently recruiting an experienced Part-Time Sales Progressor to join their busy Wolverhampton branch.

As an experienced Sales Progressor, you will need:

  • First-class communication skills at all levels
  • Determination and self-motivation
  • A commitment to succeed in a challenging fast-paced environment
  • The ability to effectively manage and prioritise workloads to meet targets and deadlines

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with all parties to ensure sales are agreed between vendors and purchasers
  • Effectively handling queries both over the telephone and in branch
  • Carrying out effective sales progression ensuring all parties are kept up to date through the sales process to a swift seamless completion
  • Communicating with clients at all levels and delivering first-class customer service
