The predicted salary is between 29160 - 35640 £ per year.
Basic Salary up to £28,000 depending on experience.
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm, Alternate Saturdays 10am to 1pm with a day off in the week.
Our client is a well-established independent lettings agent who provides a fully encompassing lettings and property management service at a local level. They are currently looking for an experienced Property Manager with a proven track record in the management of a residential portfolio for their very busy lettings department.
- Assist with the management of allocated property portfolio in order to maximise office income including the retention of properties and clients.
- Assist with the management of all property maintenance issues.
- Generate tenancy agreements and generate individual property files.
- Organise the renewal of gas safety certificates, EPC's and EICRs as required.
- Liaise with landlords/tenants and negotiate with contractors for works to be carried out on managed properties.
- Effectively communicate and resolve issues by telephone and e-mails.
Minimum of 12 months working within a property management role. PLEASE NOTE ONLY candidates with a property management or lettings administration will be considered for the role.
