Our client has an outstanding reputation with a very successful lettings department providing excellent customer service to their landlords, tenants and service providers. They are currently looking to add an experienced Lettings Negotiator to their very busy lettings team.
Successful candidates will need a minimum of 12 months lettings experience and be used to working in a fast-paced challenging environment.
Main duties will include:
- Mainly office-based role with some onsite visits as and when required.
- Booking lettings viewings alongside negotiating lets for the best outcome for landlords and tenants.
- Arrange, confirm and follow up on viewings to maximise conversions.
- Manage the full tenancy administration process, including credit checks, income verification and referencing.
- Provide a welcoming and professional first impression by answering calls and greeting clients in the office.
- Responsible for taking on new lets conducting listing by generating information on in house system and advertising properties.
- Registering candidates and carrying out pre-tenancy administration.
- Working to checklists ensuring each letting property has fully compliant documentation ie; gas certificates, EICRs and EPCs etc.
- Arranging check-ins and check-outs.

- Professional appearance with high levels of communication.
- Delivering high levels of customer service to Landlords and Tenants.
- Excellent time management skills able to prioritise tasks.
- Ability to work on own initiative but also as part of a team.

- Thorough approach to all duties with a keen eye for detail.
- Fully computer literate with experience of using Microsoft Office.
- Full clean driving license.
