Basic salary up to £32,000 negotiable plus car allowance and uncapped bonus scheme. Realistic OTE around £45,000.

Our client is a highly successful independent estate agency currently looking for an experienced, enthusiastic professional Residential Branch Valuer to add to their existing busy team. As a skilled Valuer, you will be covering the Telford and surrounding areas, listing properties to our client's extensive portfolio of residential properties.

As a successful Branch Valuer, you will need to demonstrate a successful track record with an excellent listing conversion rate. You will also need to display determination, self-motivation, and commitment to succeed in a competitive, challenging, and fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills at all levels are essential.

As Branch Valuer, you will be responsible for:

  • Generating valuations and new business opportunities
  • Successfully carrying out residential property valuations
  • Conducting sales pitches to prospective vendors
  • Maintaining a strong conversion rate to list properties to the portfolio
  • Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients
  • Selling referrals for Financial Services and Conveyancing
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation at all times
  • Adhering to Company Best Practices and Company Brand Standards
  • Promoting features and benefits of the company's service, e.g. floor plans, marketing and advertising strength, and customer service programme

As a successful Valuer, you will need:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience working as a Residential Valuer/Lister
  • Excellent conversion rates with a proven track record in winning new business
  • Strong relationship building and communication skills
  • Strong history of securing individual and team targets
  • Ability to work on own initiative to secure company objectives
  • Full UK driving licence and car
  • Knowledge of the local area would be desirable
