A highly successful independent estate agency is currently looking for an experienced and enthusiastic professional Residential Branch Valuer to add to their existing busy team. As a skilled Valuer, you will be covering the Telford and surrounding areas, listing properties to our client's extensive portfolio of residential properties.
As a successful Branch Valuer, you will need to demonstrate a successful track record with an excellent listing conversion rate. You will also need to display determination, self-motivation, and commitment to succeed in a competitive, challenging, and fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills at all levels are essential. As Branch Valuer, you will be responsible for:
- Generating valuations and new business opportunities
- Successfully carrying out residential property valuations
- Conducting sales pitches to prospective vendors
- Maintaining a strong conversion rate to list properties to the portfolio
- Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients
- Selling referrals for Financial Services and Conveyancing
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation at all times
- Adhering to Company Best Practices and Company Brand Standards
- Promoting features and benefits of the company's service, e.g. floor plans, marketing and advertising strength, and customer service programme
As a successful Valuer, you will need:
- Minimum 2 years' experience working as a Residential Valuer/Lister
- Excellent conversion rates with a proven track record in winning new business
- Strong relationship building and communication skills
- Strong history of securing individual and team targets
- Ability to work on own initiative to secure company objectives
- Full UK driving licence and car
- Knowledge of the local area would be desirable
