Our client is a very successful independent estate agents who are looking to add an experienced Sales Negotiator to their very busy sales team.
We are looking for a Sales Negotiator who has drive, motivation, a go-getter attitude and a real passion for property who can contribute towards branch achievements. This role will be predominantly office based with the occasional need to cover a viewing in the absence of the accompanied viewers for all property viewings.
Main duties will include:
- Answering incoming enquiries and queries from vendors and purchasers
- Arranging viewings for company valuers and conducting follow up calls to potential vendors to secure the listing
- Liaising with vendors and potential purchasers to secure a sale
- Up selling other services including mortgage appointments and solicitors
- Ensuring all parties are kept up to date through the whole sales process
- Working effectively with your own property portfolio to sell
- Driving up market share through providing high quality customer service
Essential requirements:
- 12 months residential sales negotiating experience
- Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Ambitious and with a drive to meet individual and team targets
- Well organised, thorough and able to prioritise day to day duties
- Working effectively to deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Fully IT literate
- Driving license essential
