Our client is an established estate agency currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their very busy sales team at their Telford branch.

Successful applicants need to demonstrate a proven track record in the sales of residential properties, preferably in the Telford and surrounding areas. As a Sales Negotiator, you will need to demonstrate enthusiasm, determination, self-motivation, and a commitment to succeed in a challenging fast-paced targeted environment. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills alongside the ability to effectively manage and prioritise workloads to meet targets and deadlines are essential.

Main duties include:

  • Arranging and conducting property viewings
  • Liaising with all parties to ensure sales are agreed between vendors and purchasers
  • Effectively handling enquiries and queries both over the telephone and in branch
  • Carrying out effective sales progression ensuring all parties are kept up to date through the sales process to a swift seamless completion
  • Communicating with clients at all levels and delivering first-class customer service
  • Flexible, always going the extra mile to ensure clients receive a positive experience
  • Remaining compliant following current legislations and company processes at all times
