Our client is an established estate agency currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their very busy sales team based at their Telford branch. Successful applicants also need to demonstrate a proven track record in the sales of residential properties, preferably in the Telford and surrounding areas.

As a Sales Negotiator, you will need to demonstrate enthusiasm, determination, self-motivation and a commitment to succeed in a challenging fast-paced targeted environment. Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills alongside the ability to effectively manage and prioritise workloads to meet targets and deadlines are essential.

  • Liaising with all parties to ensure sales are agreed between vendors and purchasers.
  • Effectively handling enquiries and queries both over the telephone and in branch.
  • Carrying out effective sales progression ensuring all parties are kept up to date through the sales process to a swift seamless completion.
  • Flexible, always going the extra mile to ensure clients always receive a positive experience.
