The predicted salary is between 12 - 15 £ per hour.
We are in immediate need of multiple Behavioral Health Techs (either ABA or RBT) for a local organization in the Angier area. 3 days a week from 11am-3pm will be providing support within a school setting and shadowing a student within their classroom. Administrative time will also be needed for documentation on each case.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct Therapy: Works hands-on with clients to implement behaviour-analytic interventions.
- Skill Development: Helps clients build communication, social, and daily living skills, often through play-based methods.
- Data Collection: Records client progress and behaviour, providing data for the supervising BCBA to adjust treatment plans.
- Supervision: Receives ongoing supervision from a BCBA or BCaBA (Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst).
RBT - responsible for the day-to-day execution of a behavioural health plan. This can include things like interviewing patients, conducting follow-ups and collecting data. They must also interact directly with patients or clients, who may be experiencing things like a substance abuse disorder or psychiatric disorder, and for meeting with patients’ or clients’ family members. Pay scale depends on certifications.
